Making A Purchase
To shop on line please follow these simple instructions:
1.Choose
from our categories of Bedroom, Bathroom, Nursery, Perfumery, Home Fragrance, Dining
& Kitchen. Simply click on the images, which will take you directly
to our selection of products.
2.For more information on the products, click on the thumbnail images.
3.Once you have chosen your items, fill in the quantity required and click in the box marked 'add to
basket'. You can review the contents of your basket at any time.
4.Once
you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' where you will be shown
the contents of your shopping basket and the cost.
5.When
satisfied fill in the details of your credit card on the registration
page as requested. Your details will be immediately encrypted.
6.A confirmation that your order has been received and processed will be displayed on your screen a few moments later.
7.Confirmation
of your order will be sent to you by email within 48 hours. If you do
not receive conformation we have not received your order.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch
All
prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are
quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK
sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched
to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales
tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the
EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once
the package reaches your destination country will be your
responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict these charges.

Shipping And Handling
Postage
is charged at £3.95 (for orders up to £50.00) and £4.95 (for orders
over £50.00) per delivery address, to all mainland UK postcodes.
Delivery of beds and furniture will be charged at cost, please contact our customer service team for a quote.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost
Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days
For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Delivery Schedule
We
aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Parcels should
reach you within 3 working days of leaving our warehouse. All parcels
must be signed for on receipt; if you will not be home during normal
office hours, Monday to Friday, you may want to give us an alternative
address where someone will be there to sign for your parcel.

Back Orders
If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is
free, and we are happy to wrap your order in as few parcels possible but
regret that we can not gift wrap large quantities of items from your
order individually.
Special Offers and Promotions
Any Cologne & Cotton special offers, promotions and discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other offers from Cologne & Cotton. Any free post and packing offers will only be valid for delivery to UK mainland delivery addresses.
Free postage offers do not apply to the delivery of Beds or furniture.
Gift Vouchers
Cologne & Cotton gift vouchers are treated as cash and as such we are unable to re-issue or refund lost gift vouchers.

Tax Charges
For
orders made from the UK or the European Union, current rate of VAT is added. All orders made from outside the UK or EU are VAT free with the exception of any gift vouchers purchased.The current rate of VAT will always be applied to Cologne and Cotton gift vouchers sold. |

Returns
We
hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if you need to return
any item please do so within 28 days, ensuring that the item returned
is in perfect condition and unused for a refund or exchange. We cannot
offer refunds or exchanges on any opened perfumery or bath products,
due to hygienic considerations (your statutory rights are not affected)
When returning goods, please obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office (There is no charge for this). We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and for peace of mind you may like to send the goods via a recorded delivery service. We regret that we cannot refund this charge should you use a recorded delivery service. We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you
have changed your mind about your purchases. Please contact our customer services team should your return be too large to use the services provided by the Post Office or should you have a disability that prevents you from being able to return your items by post.
