SilaiWali Handcrafted Dolls

SilaiWali is a social enterprise based in New Delhi that upcycles waste fabric from apparel scraps discarded by the clothing industry.

Each one of these unique and beautiful dolls is hand made by Afghan women refugees who have found safety in New Delhi.

Supported by the UN Refugee Agency, Silaiwali currently generates sustainable incomes for many of these women, adhering to the principles of fair wages, and a clean working environment within walking distance from their homes, also engaged in observing a zero tolerance policy toward engaging children to work.

A STITCH AGAINST WASTE. A STITCH FOR FREEDOM.

Please note that these dolls are sold as collectors items and have not been tested for children's use.
